• Madison Bray Therapy does not currently accept insurance and operates as an out-of-network provider. We recommend that clients consult with their insurance company regarding out-of-network benefits. A monthly superbill will be provided for potential reimbursement submission to your insurance company.

  • For information on session fees, please submit an inquiry. A sliding scale is available upon request, subject to availability.

  • The initial consultation lasts 60 minutes. Follow-up sessions are 45 minutes in duration. Sessions typically begin on a weekly basis, but as we progress, there's flexibility to transition to biweekly or monthly sessions.

  • Sessions are primarily conducted via Telehealth on a HIPAA-compliant platform. In-person sessions are available in limited capacity, and every effort will be made to accommodate your preference.

  • This might just be the question I hear most as a psychotherapist, and it's a great one! The answer really does vary. While I always aim to respect your timeline, I believe the value you receive from therapy often mirrors the effort you invest. “What you put in is what you get out.”

The duration can be as short as 6 months or extend to several years, depending on the depth of relationship and support you're looking for.

I've had the privilege of supporting clients over many phases of their lives – sometimes on and off – and I'm here as a consistent and accessible source of support for as long as you need. We will have frequent, transparent check-ins to assess how you’re feeling about treatment.

  • I primarily work with adults, but a limited number of spots are available for adolescents.

  • I am Licensed in New York and based out of New York City.
